• A 700 sq ft. bridal suite upstairs complete with a full bath and shower, and make-up/hair stations, with a balcony view.

• A groom's suite complete with a full bath and shower, TV, private entrance and exit. There is a bar for serving and entertaining guests.  

• The entire venue is heated and cooled.

• On site parking.

• PA systems for music & the ceremony.

• The venue comes complete with a full kitchen, men and women's bathrooms inside the venue.

• There is a 80 foot long covered porch over looking the West Texas scenic views of valleys and hills, facing the west to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets.

• Multiple options for ceremonial set up at the venue.

• Chairs / tables / china & linens, along with set up and cleaning are available.
